Most carpets and upholstery come with a Carpet and fabric Protector already applied. Over time the carpet and fabric protector will wear off (approximately one year in residential homes and three months in commercial buildings). After cleaning your carpet and upholstery, we can re-apply a carpet and fabric protector.
